Ultra-photorealistic live-action Japanese dark-fantasy action sequence, 30 seconds, shot like a high-budget Hollywood feature on ARRI Alexa with anamorphic lenses. COLOR GRADE:
Desaturated cinematic film grade with a bleach-bypass feel. Overall saturation is very low: cool steel-grey and slate-teal shadows, neutral ash-grey midtones, soft ivory highlights. High contrast with slightly lifted, matte blacks (never pure black). Fine 35mm film grain, subtle halation on bright highlights, gentle lens vignette.

SELECTIVE COLOR (this is the signature look): almost everything in the world is drained of color. Only two colors stay rich and saturated: the HEROINE's crimson (face paint, embroidery, obi, wraps) and the DEMON LORD's gold (horns, fangs, embroidery, chains, katana). The crimson is deep blood-red, not orange or pink. The gold is warm metallic, not yellow. The SHINIGAMI is fully desaturated: bone-grey skin, faded rust robe, cold green-grey shadows. The soul is the only cool light source, a pale icy white-blue glow.

SKIN: The HEROINE's skin stays porcelain-neutral, never orange or tanned.

GRADE PROGRESSION:
- SHOTS 1–3: neutral grey daylight with a faint warm dust haze.
- SHOTS 4–7 (reaper present): the image turns colder and darker, the sky drops to a heavy slate grey, shadows deepen toward teal-black, and contrast increases.
- On every shockwave: a brief 2-frame exposure flash toward white, then back.
- SHOTS 8–9: the cold fades out, a thin pale break of sunlight comes through the dust, and the highlights warm slightly. Calm, still, melancholic.

CHARACTERS:
- HEROINE (@Image1): young woman, 165 cm. Porcelain-white skin, pale grey-blue eyes, crimson ritual face paint (flame ornament on her forehead, red tear-streaks under her eyes), deep red lips, black hair. White hooded cape with crimson baroque embroidery, white wrap top, wide crimson obi with a large bow at the back, crimson forearm wraps, white wide trousers, crimson leg wraps, white tabi boots. The hood stays on the whole time.
- DEMON LORD (@Image2): a giant, 330 cm tall, exactly twice the HEROINE's height. White lacquered Hannya mask covering his whole head, two long gold horns, red eyes, gold fangs. Voluminous black silk robes densely embroidered with gold, teal and red flowers, phoenixes and gold crests. Gold chain necklaces, large gold tassels at the waist, white porcelain hands with gold rings, and a polished gold katana held low.
- SHINIGAMI (@Image3): a spectral reaper, about 8 meters tall, five times the HEROINE's height. Skull-like grey corpse face, blank white eyes, yellowed teeth, wild long white hair. Tattered rust-brown haori over a grey-green kimono. Long bony arms with clawed fingers. The lower robe dissolves into dark smoke. Its edges are slightly translucent.

SCALE (see @Image4, but these numbers always take priority): the HEROINE's head reaches the DEMON LORD's waist. The SHINIGAMI's waist is above the DEMON LORD's head. The stone torii gate is 5 meters tall, so the SHINIGAMI's head and shoulders rise clearly above it.

LOCATION AND SCREEN DIRECTION (never break these):
A ruined shrine courtyard: a cracked stone path, a weathered stone torii gate behind the HEROINE, toppled stone lanterns, broken Buddha statues, crumbling walls, distant mountains. The HEROINE stands on the path facing screen-right. The DEMON LORD stands 10 meters away facing screen-left. The SHINIGAMI always appears behind the HEROINE. The torii stays solid in every wide shot.

SHOT 1 (0–3s), ESTABLISHING: Low over-the-shoulder shot from behind the DEMON LORD (his gold-crested back and gold horn tips out of focus in the foreground, towering), looking down the stone path at the much smaller HEROINE with the torii behind her. Slow dolly forward past his massive shoulder. Dust drifts, the wind rises, her white cape ripples.

SHOT 2 (3–5.5s), ULTRA-FAST HAND SEALS: Locked-off tight shot of her hands and chest, with her eyes visible at the top of the frame. She performs a rapid-fire chain of 12 distinct ninja hand seals in under 2 seconds: her hands snap between positions in a blur of speed, each seal held for only a few frames, fingers interlocking precisely, crimson forearm wraps whipping with each change, with motion blur on the transitions and a crisp, sharp hold on every seal. On the final seal her hands lock at her chin with a hard stop, and the motion freezes completely. Anatomically correct hands, five fingers each.

SHOT 3 (5.5–8.5s), THE SHOUT: Fast push-in to an extreme close-up of her face framed by the hood. She shouts with full force: 「死鬼封尽！」 ("SHIKI FŪJIN!"), mouth wide open, neck tense, the crimson face paint sharp. On the shout, a circular shockwave blasts outward from her body, a ring of dust and pebbles flies away, the edge of the hood whips, and the camera shakes hard for 0.5 seconds.

SHOT 4 (8.5–13.5s), REAPER REVEAL: Start in a low-angle medium shot of the HEROINE holding the seal. The camera cranes up and pulls back while the SHINIGAMI rises out of the dust behind her, materializing from swirling smoke. The camera then makes a slow 90-degree orbit to the right, revealing the full scale: the HEROINE is tiny at its smoky base, and its head and shoulders tower high above the torii gate. Its white hair and tattered robe stream in the wind.

SHOT 5 (13.5–17.5s), CHAINS: Wide side-profile shot following the screen direction (HEROINE and SHINIGAMI on the left, DEMON LORD on the right, his height exactly twice hers). The SHINIGAMI thrusts one enormous clawed hand forward. Thick, dark-iron spectral chains shoot out and wrap around the DEMON LORD's torso, arms and legs, snapping tight over his embroidered robes. The gold katana falls from his hand and clatters on the stone. He struggles violently and is dragged backward across the cracked stone path, his robes tearing, his sandals scraping, stones and dust flying. The camera trucks right with the drag.

SHOT 6 (17.5–21.5s), SOUL EXTRACTION: Medium-wide shot at the HEROINE's shoulder height, in slow motion. The SHINIGAMI's giant spectral arm reaches forward and passes straight through the HEROINE's chest like smoke: her cape ripples and the hood lifts slightly, but she stays unharmed and still, holding the seal. The clawed hand plunges into the chained DEMON LORD and slowly pulls out a glowing translucent white soul in his shape, horns included. The soul stretches, twists and claws back toward its body. His physical body stays intact. Slow push-in.

SHOT 7 (21.5–24.5s), CONSUMPTION: Low-angle close-up on the SHINIGAMI's skull face. It lifts the struggling soul to its gaping mouth and swallows it whole. The soul stretches into a thin streak of light and disappears inside. Its blank white eyes flare once.

SHOT 8 (24.5–27.5s), FINAL SHOCKWAVE: Medium shot of the HEROINE, with the DEMON LORD in the right foreground. A massive shockwave rolls out and a wall of dust sweeps across the frame. The chains dissolve, and the DEMON LORD's huge lifeless body collapses heavily to its knees, Hannya mask bowed, completely still. The HEROINE slowly unlocks her hand seal and lowers her arms, calm and fearless.

SHOT 9 (27.5–30s), ENDING: Extreme wide shot with a slow crane up and pull-back. The SHINIGAMI dissolves upward into drifting dust and smoke particles and fades away completely. The torii stays solid and unchanged. The HEROINE stands alone on the stone path among the ruins, white and crimson against the grey, the kneeling giant before her. The dust settles and the wind dies down.

AUDIO: No music, no narration, no subtitles, and only one line of dialogue. Rising wind, cloth flapping, a rapid machine-gun-fast burst of sharp hand-seal claps and fabric snaps during SHOT 2, one loud and clearly pronounced shout of "SHIKI FŪJIN!" at about 6 seconds, a deep supernatural sub-bass rumble when the reaper appears, heavy clanking chains, a gold katana clattering on stone, robes scraping, an eerie stretched whisper during the soul extraction, a deep boom for the final shockwave, then near-silence with drifting wind.

STYLE / NEGATIVE: Photoreal skin pores, natural fabric physics, embroidery detail, consistent faces and costumes in every shot.
